 Who We Are...

Elimu High School is located in an academically conducive environment, at the heart of Nyeri's agriculturally- rich and weather-friendly surroundings. The school is classified as an Extra County School found in Nyeri County.

With the able stewardship of the school’s current Principal, Mr. S.W. Kahura, the Board of Management (BOM), the Parents Association (P.A.), the Teaching Staff, our industrious students and non-teaching staff, the school continues to rise higher, operating under strict academic, moral and spiritual principles. The school’s motto; ’Elimu Ni Ushindi’ is targeted to inject a self-success-driven attitude into the students, management and staff in our collective quest to academic success.

Besides being an academic giant, the School has continuously received regional, national and international recognition in various co-curriculum fields. The school is proud to note that it has produced quite a good number of very prominent personalities in the country.
